Many of our customers know that FireWare is exhibiting on a regular basis. But what does the team do off the clock? And especially at an intensive trade show like the Interschutz? A (literal) look behind the scenes!
People who regularly attend trade shows know: it can be very intensive. Especially trade shows lasting several days. In order to house the entire trade show team for the entire exhibition period, about 130 overnight stays including meals are required. Especially with the hotel rates during the exhibition periods, this is an enormous expense. And let’s be honest, it must be found in the broad or the long. FireWare would not be FireWare if we did not think about how to do this smarter, better and cheaper.
Camp FireWare
That’s why there is Camp FireWare! FireWare rented a part of a camping near the fair building. With our own catering tent and our own cooks Frans and Elke we cook healthy meals for the whole team every day. All dietary requirements are also taken into account. In the comfortable chalets on the campsite, everyone gets a good night’s sleep.
After the exhibition there is a small lake to swim in, chairs to lounge around and relax in shorts and slippers. A drink before going to bed is also part of the deal. And we all secretly know that the really good conversations take place when doing the dishes. And we all help with that. As well as the international partners who are staying in camp FireWare!
