Please fill in the return form to register your repair, print and send the document along with your equipment. The technical services department will confirm receipt as soon as it arrives at FireWare.
You can use the return form to indicate the maximum costs you wish to incur. It goes without saying no charges will be applicable if the equipment is still under warranty.
