Neptune Refill Clamp

The Neptune filling clamp is an essential tool for refilling Neptune training extinguishers with a squeeze handle via the Neptune filling unit. Our team produces this product in-house in our CreaLab using 3D printers. This way, we create a practical tool for the Neptune training extinguishers!

How the filling process works:

Connect the Neptune filling system to a water supply and an air compressor. Optionally, add training foam. Next, disconnect the nozzle of the extinguisher and connect up to three extinguishers at once to the filling system using the filling hose.

Once you switch on the control knob of the filling system, pressure is applied to the extinguishers. However, they first need to be “opened,” which can be difficult when filling several extinguishers at the same time. That’s where the filling clamp comes in!

Simply slide the clamp over the handle to keep it squeezed, and the Neptune filling system takes care of the rest!
