With his extensive technical background, including experience in defence, he knows that you have to be able to build on equipment and systems. Christian has more than 20 years of experience in theatre technology and in his spare time is active in a firefighting organisation. This is the right combination for someone who is involved in creating realistic training environments. His knowledge of both worlds, the theatre and the emergency services, is used in the realisation of training facilities, rental projects and training courses. No simulation challenge is too crazy for Christian!

With over 35 years of experience in the lighting and sound sector, Walter knows the ins and outs of our business like no other. This is exactly what she is committed to at FireWare: Clara ensures that our logistics processes are managed properly. Being the daughter of two aid workers, Joyce has known from an early age what field of work she wanted to be meaningful in. And she succeeded! She now uses the knowledge she gained during her Game Design studies to better prepare emergency response teams for the moments that really matter.

Joyce can bridge the gap between programming language and visual design, ensuring that our training installations not only work, but that they look good too. Those installations are used to train the emergency response teams of today and the future!

Joost is happy as long as he can do chores with his hands. Wiring, connecting, soldering and gluing: Joost can do it all; and well! Joost also keeps himself busy with testing and the test protocols. In this way, he ensures that first responders can really rely on their training equipment. And if something is broken? Then Joost repairs it. You can rely on that!
