1. Shipping cost
- For shipping within the Netherlands or Belgium, a standard shipping cost of €15,- will be added to your order. Shipping is free of charge from €350,-.
- Shipping costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are calculated retrospectively. You will receive a quotation for this.
2. Payment
- After completing the order you will immediately receive an order confirmation.
- FireWare will then contact you via the contact details provided. We will provide information about the expected delivery time and possibly about additional costs.
- You will receive the invoice separately.
3. Delivery
- Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is taken care of by our affiliated carriers. You will receive an estimation of the delivery time by track & trace code.
- Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium is possibly taken care of by one of our specialized dealers. An overview of our dealers can be found here.
