Let a dummy talk or cry for help

Have your exercise dummy call for help with the ShoutBox. A pre-recorded message of maximum 60 seconds is played back. This can be done by adjusting the time interval or by using the Vox function. In that case the ShoutBox will react to the sound of a voice. Place the ShoutBox in the exercise room or place it behind a victim dummy. When the students call: “Is anyone there?” the ShoutBox will react to the sound and play the pre-recorded sound. As a result a realistic interaction is created between the emergency officer and the victim.

For extra recognition you can have a colleague record a cry for help. Or use the name of the student in the recording. “Marcel, is that you? Please help me! I’m stuck under a cupboard and cannot feel my legs anymore!” Among others the volume of the ShoutBox can be adjusted by means of the digital menu structure. The appliance operates on 2 AA alkaline batteries and is supplied in a solid case.
